Shipping policy

US Scrub orders ship from Los Angeles, California (830 E 14th Place, Los Angeles, CA 90021).

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Large or wholesale orders may need extra processing time; we'll contact you if there's a delay.

Shipping within the United States

We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order, and you'll see your options and their cost before you pay. Delivery times depend on the service you choose and are estimates from the carrier.

International shipping

We also ship to many countries outside the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at liza@midthrust.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
