This website is operated by US Scrub ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform used to sell our products.

1. Use of the store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the site's security or operation.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colors may vary by screen and measurements are approximate. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.

3. Wholesale pricing

Wholesale pricing requires a minimum of 12 pieces per order. Orders placed at wholesale pricing that do not meet the minimum may be cancelled and refunded, or adjusted with your approval. Wholesale orders are final sale except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Orders, payment, and billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to US Scrub or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
